The challenge
The municipality wanted to serve residents and tourists from one portal, with content from many departments and search that finds what people are looking for.
The solution
We implemented Solr search with filters, interactive maps and online forms. Content goes through review before it is published and can be scheduled, pages have print and PDF versions, and staff sign in with the council directory.
What the platform includes
- Solr search
- Search with filters
- Interactive maps
- Editorial workflow with review
- Scheduled publishing
- Integration with the organization's directory
- Print and PDF versions
- Online forms
